Summer Afternoon
--------------------------------------------------xxx----------------------------------------------------------
It was one late summer afternoon atop a mountain
I sat there with a mellow heart and a heavy mind
My thoughts ran freely, inside out, my thoughts ran, of the general kind
Thoughts of times and seasons of all years
Thoughts with my childlike freedom and constrains
How gardens were as green as I lie on here
How growing up was rocky like the mountain terrains
I came close to you and clouds flew by
Realisations pierced my heart as there I lie
All this time, I came close to you yet you never felt it, none
The sun was strong, stranger than the city one
I wanted to feel warmer, and it was the perfect setup done,
The chill in the winds blew across my face, so disturbing, so cold and shrewd
All it made me realise, how similar it was to you
